RelationRate
Methodology principles
RelationRate distinguishes attitudes, future intentions and observed behaviour.
Relationship survey and visit feedback
Relationship surveys follow satisfaction, trust and engagement/preference, alongside intentions to return and recommend. Visit feedback concerns the latest encounter and is a separate measurement.
Scales and index
All scale questions use 0–10. The 0–100 RelationRate index summarises customer-reported relationship signals using the internal model. It is not a percentage of loyal customers or a probability of returning.
Observed behaviour
Completed repeat visits are followed separately where data is available. Customer-linked responses can be followed alongside customer history. A general QR code does not automatically identify respondents.
Research
These studies provide theoretical guidance. They do not validate RelationRate’s specific questions or index. RelationRate is research-inspired and develops through practical use and pilot studies.
